221 means “Two To One”. It was my fashion investigation Assignment, designed in 2017.
The main concept behind 221 is to create a cool and trendy fashion item that is comfortable and versatile.
The product is not just a fashion item, but a new attitude towards fashion. I want to create a comfortable and bulky hemisphere shape at the back of the jacket when it is connected to the pants. The fit should be loose, but not oversized, allowing more area for body movement while still fitting the body measurement.
I plan to sell the product as a set, where the jacket and pants are sold together as one item. This will encourage people to buy a whole outfit and create a well-completed look. Even if the top and bottom are sold separately, you want to offer a discount to encourage people to buy the whole set.
To keep the set together and neatly organized, you plan to present it in a box or bag and hang it on a hanger. This will make it easier to store in small spaces and keep the set together.
